VIGIL FOR IRAN – “The toughest most crippling sanctions ever….”

On-going weekly vigil, Wednesdays 5-7pm Parliament Square London UK. Need to spread nationally and internationally. Peace is an on-going struggle which requires effort and diligence. To fail in our efforts means unbearable mental and physical suffering for so many.

PEACE PLINTHS – The Peace Project

A collaboration between peace activists and contemporary artists, featuring the Peace Plinths from Parliament Square.
12-18 October, private view 11 October 6-9pm, gallery talks and screenings during the week.

The Peace Project  London October 2012

Home for the first time since their removal from Parliament Square in May 2012 the two “Peace Plinths” will be re-united and unveiled as the centre piece of Art Below’s “The Peace Project” opening to the public at London’s Gallery Different (off Tottenham Court Road) on 12th October for one week.

The aim of the project is to show the devastating consequences of war, in order to raise money to fund a children’s play project in northern Iraq.
